Kamdan Life - Punishment & Points System

Introduction

Here at Kamdan Life we are aiming to remain as open as possible when it comes to how we will deal with rule breakers. Bellow is a list of the Punishment Guidelines and Points System that is issued to staff members to assist with dealing with rule breakers.

Punishment Guidelines

Minor Incidents - No Points (Moderator) - Verbal warning/talk about the poor role-play that leads up to the violation of our regulations.

Level 0 - 1 to 5 Points (Moderator) - Formal warning/talk about the poor role-play that leads up to the violation of our regulations.

Level 1 - 6 to 10 Points (Moderator) - Twelve (12) to Twenty-four (24) hour suspension from the Game Server.

Level 2 - 11 to 20 Points (Administrator) - Twenty-four(24) to Forty-eight(48) hour suspension from the Game Server.

Level 3 - 21 to 25 Points (Administrator) - Seven(7) day suspension from the Game Server and TeamSpeak.

Level 4 - 26 to 30 Points (Administrator) - Twenty-one (21) day suspension from the Game Server and TeamSpeak.

Level 5 - 31 to 35 Points (Senior Administrator) - Thirty (30) day suspension from all of our platforms.

Level 6 - 36 to 40 Points (Senior Administrator) - Permanent suspension with ability to appeal after sixty (60) days.

Level 7 - 41+ Points (Head Administrator) - Permanent suspension with no ability to appeal. Level 7 suspensions can be issued by Head Administrators but must be sent to the Staff Manager for review and final approval.

Please note:

  • These guidelines can be overruled in the event of a series of major rule breaks, this can be approved by a Senior Administrator.

  • Points are added up for each rule broken (for example if a user RDMs 3 people then get 3x3 warning points).

  • Offences wipe after thirty (30) days.

  • Breaking Section Two of the Community Regulations will result in an immediate Level 5 suspension (this can be upgraded to level 6 or 7  if deemed severe enough by a Head Administrator).

  • Failure to comply with Section One of the Community Regulations (Participation Requirements) will result in indefinite suspension until the user can prove he can follow these requirements.

  • If a user gets under 20 points and it is their first offense in days then the user has the option to compensate the victims and receive no ban.

Points System

The rules are divided off into Sections, points are issued depending on which rule the user has broken and which section that rule comes from. This is detailed below.

Section One - indefinite suspension until the user can prove they can follow these requirements.

Section Two - 31 permanent points (these are not removed after 30 days - unless a successful appeal occurs).

Section Three - 1 Point per offence.

Section Four - 5 Points per offence (unless glitching  or exploiting - this will result in 26 points or Level 6 if hacking).

Section Five - 2 Points per offence.

Section Six - 2 Points per offence.

Section Seven - 3 Points per offence.

Section Eight - 3 Points per offence.

Section Nine - Depending on rules (decided when the rule is created).

Section Ten - Potential demotion or removal from staff team.
